In Praise of Teachers is the Thesis Project of Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts 2016 MFA class in Cinema Production. It has got nominated at the 4th Chong Qing Youth Film Festival for Jury's Choice, it was also selected by the 40th Golden Harvest Awards in Taiwan for special screening.

After got fired by his school, Shing Chi Tat luckily got into a famous primary school to continue his teaching career. But this new environment wasn’t as wonderful as he thought. Assigned to manage the campus TV while teaching visual arts. he has to face the complains from parents, the difficulties during the campus TV shooting process ,and got no support from his superior. But this time, he got to rethink what education really means.

《成⽼師》為⾹港演藝學院2016屆電影製作碩⼠班畢業作品，獲第4屆重慶青年電影展短片競賽評委會大獎及最佳演員提名，亦獲台灣第40屆金穗獎邀請作為特別放映短片。

被成績平平的中學解雇的成志達，突然獲聘任教⼀所聲明顯赫的⼩學。除了教授視藝科之外，達也開始管理校園電視台興趣班，並帶同學們拍攝短⽚。可新學校的⼯作，並沒有達所想的那麼簡單。⾯對家長的投訴、上司的不理解，以及短⽚拍攝遇到的重重阻攔，達選擇與校園電視台的學⽣們共同⾯對問題，並重新探詢教育的意義所在。
